Spending and Debt

Pro-Life

I support education and healthcare to help women avoid unplanned pregnancies.  As a pro-life Republican, I support the Hyde Amendment which prohibits federal subsidies for abortion. I support a uniform, federal informed consent law that would require health care providers to provide factual information in a neutral setting about the medical procedure as well as alternatives, such as adoption. Read more …

 

2nd Amendment

I am a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and our right to bear arms. I do not believe in an assault rifle ban, and I’ll fight against any federal legislation that seeks to undo or preempt Indiana’s concealed-carry laws and lifetime handgun permits. Read more …
